What is a Colleague Teacher (CT)?
Under the direction of the Director of Special Education/Student Services and the Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum & Instruction, the CT's primary responsibility is to articulate, promote, and support collaboration among professionals with regards to the initiatives and philosophy of the Cherry Hill School District.

- CT provides support to communities of teachers through district-wide professional development, focus groups, facilitating communication among staff and collaborative inquiry.
- CT supports building level initiatives through collaborative consultation, modeling, peer coaching, team teaching, and cooperative planning.
- CT for Special Education participates collaboratively with Child Study Teams to revise policies, procedures, district level forms, and other mandate-related requirements/activities.
